Plaintiff, an inmate of the Oregon State Penitentiary, was sentenced by an Oregon Circuit Court to an intermediate period of time, not exceeding fifteen years in said penitentiary. His term commenced on April 29, 1954. Plaintiff was granted a parole on April 28, 1958. The parole was revoked on August 28, 1961, and plaintiff was returned on September 21, 1961, to serve the balance of his sentence...
