In this action plaintiff asked for judgment setting aside certain contracts for deed executed by her stepmother, Elizabeth Steinbach, as vendor to her daughter, Florence Schluchter, and the daughter's husband, Herb Schluchter, as vendees, upon the ground that the execution of such contracts was in violation of the terms of mutual and reciprocal wills executed by Elizabeth Steinbach and Adolph Steinbach, her husband.
