This is an appeal from a judgment awarding appellee a limited divorce on the ground of cruelty.1 The trial judge's ruling was based on the finding that appellant had struck appellee with a glass on September 23, 1963. On appeal, the wife contends that a single isolated act of cruelty is insufficient grounds for divorce under the statute and that the $200 monthly alimony...
