Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment in favor of defendants entered pursuant to jury verdict in her suit for alleged malpractice wherein she sought damages in the amount of $130,000.

Plaintiff's only point on this appeal pertains to the giving of an instruction at the request of defendants. However, defendants contend that plaintiff did not make a submissible case for the jury. For the reasons subsequently set out we agree with defendants...
