Kendall, the owner of certain property in Lincoln Parish, instituted this suit against the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Highways and its contractor, Atlas Construction Company, Inc., claiming property damage allegedly due to the operation of defendants during the years 1960, 1961 and 1962 in connection with the construction of Interstate Highway 20 in the vicinity of plaintiff...
