This is an action for personal injuries sustained by Edward Lee, Jr., plaintiff, in a collision between an automobile driven by him and an automobile driven by James Artis, defendant. In a trial lasting two days, the plaintiff excepted to numerous rulings of the trial court. There was a sharp conflict in the evidence, each party seeking to show that the negligence of the other was the sole proximate cause of the accident. The jury returned a verdict...
