The State Highway Commission of Wyoming, pursuant to § 1-754 et seq., W.S. 1957, commenced two eminent domain proceedings for the purpose of appropriating 6.9 acres of unimproved land within close proximity to Gillette, Wyoming, and owned by the defendants Mr. and Mrs. Lee Newton.
