In response to a citation to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of the trial court for failing to make support payments for Tremaine Kay Peercy as required by its order, Mr. Peercy filed his motion in which he sought to have the decree and order vacated insofar as it directed him to make such payments. As justification for his motion, Mr. Peercy alleged that he was not the father of the child, and advanced two reasons why such relief...
