This case arises on a motion by the plaintiffs, the Union and several individuals who are members of the Union, for summary judgment against the defendant, who had entered into a collective bargaining agreement with the Union, and who employed the individual plaintiffs. The jurisdiction of this Court is founded on Section 301 of the Taft-Hartley Act (29 U.S.C. § 185).1
