On July 16, 1960, plaintiff was a passenger sitting next to the driver (Mrs. E.), when an accident occurred with defendant, involving Mrs. E's car and the car of defendant. Defendant was driving on 35th Street in Tulsa and turned left into a private driveway; then backed his car out onto 35th Street where Mrs. E's car...
