He seeks reversal of his conviction and a new trial asserting that (1) Admissions used against him were not freely and voluntarily made so as to be admissible in evidence; and (2) The Court erred in having the bailiff (in the absence of the appellant and his counsel from the court room) request the jury to "hold their voices down."...
