This is a suit on an insurance policy, against the defendant insurance company, to recover indemnity for windstorm damage to a dwelling house covered by the policy. The cause was tried to a jury. At the conclusion of all the evidence, and at the direction of the trial court, the jury returned a verdict in defendant's favor.
