W. H. Findley, the appellant, instituted this action against the respondents seeking damages for personal injuries he claims to have been occasioned by negligence of the respondents. In his complaint he alleges that the respondents were engaged in highway construction projects on the Lewis-Clark Highway, and as a part of the work it was necessary to replace a bridge at Dead Man creek; that on December 2, 1960, the respondents failed to place warning...
