This is an appeal from a jury verdict in an action for negligence filed by appellees, Harold Corder and wife, Jean Corder, against appellant, Barbara Sue Douglas, a minor, by Mildred Dehtan, her mother as next friend and against Henry Hobson Whitney. On issues submitted the jury found $9,000 damages for injuries sustained by Jean Corder and $3,000 for medical, hospital, and doctors' bills already accumulated and which in reasonable probability would...
