WARD, Justice.

Roy Thompson, a student in the Smackover High School, was injured when a scaffold, on which he was standing, collapsed. At the time of the injury Roy, along with several other boys, was doing carpentry work as a part of the regular lesson assignment. Also, at the time of the injury the scaffold was being used by appellee (Clifton C. Helms) and his employees while engaged in making repairs on the Smackover High School auditorium.
