This is a petition for certiorari seeking review of a decision of the Court of Appeals.

The petition recites in pertinent part as follows:

"Your petitioner further shows unto this Honorable Court that the Court of Appeals erred in said cause in holding that there was insufficient legal evidence to support the charge of false pretense as set out in the affidavit supporting the warrant of arrest, and in discharging the petitioner below...
