These cases are before us on certiorari from the Court of Appeals. They have been argued at the bar of this Court. Excellent briefs have been filed by counsel for the respective parties.

These suits were brought originally by Tapoco, Inc., in the Chancery Court of Monroe County, to secure a mandatory writ of injunction requiring the defendants to remove their houseboats from Chilhowee Lake for the reason set out in the bills. The chancellor...
