This matter is before the Court to review the judgment of the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar entered and filed in this Court April 17, 1963. The judgment of the Board of Governors found that respondent, Edwin L. Davis, violated the Integration Rule of The Florida Bar, Article XI, Rule 11.02(3) (a), 31 F.S.A., and ordered that he be suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year and thereafter until such time as he shall demonstrate...
