Plaintiff, Frank Vercher, by this action seeks to set aside a sheriff's sale of his house and lot, to annul as a simulation a subsequent sale of that property, and to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by him as a result of his wrongful eviction from premises occupied by him as a residence.
