PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of keeping liquor where beer is sold contrary to section 124.31, Code, 1962, I.C.A. He was tried before court and jury, found guilty, and adjudged to pay a fine of $300 and costs. In default of payment of the fine he was ordered confined to the county jail one day for each $5 of the fine remaining unpaid. All pursuant to Code section 124.37. Defendant's appeal comes to us...
