Defendant was indicted for the crime of incest as defined in section 704.1, Code, 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a term not to exceed 25 years in the state penitentiary at Fort Madison. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
