PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of robbery as defined in sections 711.1 and 711.3, Code, 1962, I.C.A. He was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to the state penitentiary at Fort Madison for a term not exceeding ten years. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
