The City of Houston and the Houston Independent School District sought to recover against appellees delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and attorney's fees for the years 1951, 1953, 1954 and 1956 to 1962, inclusive. Appellants made out a prima facie case of the validity of the assessed valuations and delinquent taxes by introducing in evidence their official records. Doneghy v.
