Appellant, Fred L. Shuttlesworth, appeals from a conviction by the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama, of violating Sections 1142 and 1231 of the General City Code of Birmingham, Alabama. The case was heard by the Circuit Judge sitting without a jury.
