This is a boundary line dispute involving property in Lots 1 and 2 of Rapley Estate in Pulaski County. Rose Courts, Inc., an Arkansas corporation, owns the east portion of Lot 2; and Harry L. Hastings and wife1 own the west portion of Lot 1.
