WOLF v. WOLF

18 A.D.2d 907 (1963)

Betty A. Wolf, Appellant, v. Charles S. Wolf, Respondent

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Department.

February 21, 1963

Order, entered on November 1, 1962, granting plaintiff weekly temporary alimony of $135 and $50 for the support of the child, and $1,500 counsel fee, modified, on the law and on the facts, by increasing the weekly temporary alimony to $200 and the counsel fee to $3,000, and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to plaintiff-appellant. On this record we find the awards of temporary alimony and counsel fee to be inadequate.
