Appeal from a judgment in a case tried to the court, involving damage to a building being moved under contract between Hafey, owner, and Havens, house mover, the latter being insured for $5,000 by New Zealand against damage occasioned by an "overturning" of the equipment used. Affirmed. Costs to Hafey against Havens. Havens to have costs against New Zealand only as incurred against the latter.
