The determinative question presented by this appeal is whether a judgment for the plaintiff in an action for malicious prosecution can stand upon the facts of this case. Ralph Oliver, who is appellant here, was defendant in the trial court. He appeals a final judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict for the plaintiff-appellee, Marvin Haspil.
