At 6:00 a.m. on August 11, 1961, William Greene was found dead in the front seat of a parked Pontiac car in Las Vegas. He had been shot twice in the head. Either bullet was totally disabling, thus causing the pathologist to exclude suicide. Death was estimated to have occurred between 8:30 p.m. of August 10, 1961 and 12:30 a.m. of August 11, 1961.
