Paragraph 5 of the power of attorney is unequivocal and appoints the commissioner attorney-in-fact to accept service in any action arising out of a motor vehicle accident in Wisconsin. Paragraph 1 of the authorizing resolution is equally broad, except that it contains a reference to sec. (presumably chapter) 344, Stats. Considering these paragraphs alone, they authorize the service made in these cases. No other portion of either document expressly limits...
