HOLMES, Justice.

This suit was instituted by the plaintiff in error, Cara Keeble, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, in the Circuit Court of Monroe County, the county of plaintiff's residence, against Loudon Utilities and the City of Loudon, a municipal corporation located in Loudon County. Process was issued to the Sheriff of Loudon County and served in that county.
