This is an appeal by the plaintiff below from an adverse judgment in an action for a real estate commission. The plaintiff broker, Mrs. Zide, alleged employment to secure a purchaser on terms acceptable to the defendant owner, and alleged performance. A signed contract of the purchaser was attached to the complaint. The defendant answered with a general denial. On trial, the court directed a verdict for the defendant, and entered judgment thereon....
