On November 25, 1960, appellant, Jerry Moss, while working as a roughneck (laborer in drilling oil wells) for the El Dorado Drilling Company, received an injury to his back. He was awarded workmen's compensation benefits for loss of time to April 3, 1961. Further compensation was denied by the Workmen's Compensation Commission on the ground that he had fully recovered from the injury sustained.
