In this tort suit for damages to Joseph Demma's automobile the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans rendered judgment against both defendants, in solido, for Fifty Dollars payable to Joseph Demma, the owner of the automobile, and for One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Eight Dollars payable to Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, the owner's collision insurer.
