This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Patent Interferences awarding priority of invention of the single count in issue in Interference No. 87,763 to John L. Rennick, the senior party. The count reads:

"1. A circuit for utilizing a plurality of signals comprising: at least three electrode systems, individually including an anode, a cathode and a control electrode and having a predetermined control electrode-anode transconductance...
