This suit was brought in the District Court of Bexar County, Texas, by Petitioners Forrest M. Smith, Ernest M. Groos and T. C. Frost, Trustees of the Morrison Trust created under the will of R. W. Morrison, deceased, for a declaratory judgment constructing the will of R. W. Morrison and setting forth their duties under the will.
