This is an action ex delicto instituted by Mrs. Lemirl M. Landry, the widow of Marcel J. Landry, individually and as Natural Tutrix of her three minor children, they being issue of her marriage to the deceased, for damages for the alleged wrongful death of Marcel J. Landry. The defendants are Joseph O. Richard, Jr., the driver and co-owner of the truck which ran into the Landry automobile, Alex A. Richard, the other co-owner of the said truck, and...
