PER CURIAM:

The applicant raises many questions in his application to appeal. We find it necessary to consider but one: Did the Criminal Court of Baltimore have jurisdiction to determine whether or not applicant was a defective delinquent?

He was convicted of robbery on September 21, 1954, in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, and, on the same day, sentenced to not more than seven years in Maryland State Reformatory for Males. In October, 1955, he was convicted...
