ASHBURN, J.

Defendant Raymond Durazo and his codefendant Constantine Mirosnik were convicted of violation of section 11500, Health and Safety Code, in that they did on October 19, 1961, "willfully, unlawfully and feloniously have possession of a narcotic, to wit, amidone." Defendant appeals, claiming (1) that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the verdict, and (2) prejudicial misconduct of the prosecutor. We find no merit in either contention.
