While traveling along Wyoming Avenue, about 40 feet west of Jefferson Street, at 12:15 A.M., on September 25, 1960, Daniel E. Drury, now 21, attempted to jump over the parkway area and fell into the street. To recover $20,000 damages for his resulting personal injuries Dan instituted this action against the adjoining property owners and the City of St. Louis claiming negligence on their part in the maintenance of an iron railing in the edge...
