This is an appeal from the trial court's order denying appellant's application for a temporary injunction. The temporary restraining order previously issued without notice to appellee was dissolved.

Appellant's verified petition alleges a contract dated June 22, 1962 between appellee and Texas Petro Gas Company obligating appellee for a period of five years to deliver gas through its pipe line to a hydro-carbon recovery unit to be installed...
