1. The trial court did not err in overruling the motion for a new trial on the general grounds. The testimony elicited at the trial would have authorized the jury to find that the collision occurred at the intersection of a dirt road with a through State highway; that the plaintiff's vehicle entered the highway from the side road, which had a stop sign requiring it to wait before proceeding until the way was clear; that the plaintiff and her husband...
