This is an appeal by an insurer from a final decree of the Superior Court awarding compensation to an employee in accordance with a decision of the reviewing board which adopted the findings and decision of the single member. G.L.c. 152, § 10, as amended through St. 1947, c. 546. The insurer also appeals from an earlier decree of the Superior Court which recommitted the case to the Industrial Accident Board...
