The Superior Court Clerk's Retirement Fund Act of 1952 (Ga. L. 1952, pp. 238-243) did not provide for a pension payable to the widow or widower of a deceased clerk. By an act approved February 16, 1962 (Ga. L. 1962, pp. 67-69), the 1952 act, as amended, was again amended.
