Appellant is administrator with the will annexed in the matter of the estate of Dickson A. Boyd, deceased. Boyd's wife, Cecelia Doyle Boyd, survived him but died while her husband's estate was in probate. Respondent, Winifred C. Woodruff, is administratrix with the will annexed of her estate.
