In this damage suit for personal injuries claimed to have resulted from a vehicular collision about 5:30 A.M. on September 27, 1958, on U. S. Highway 60 about three miles west of Cabool, Missouri, plaintiff had a jury verdict for $3,700 at the conclusion of the trial on February 23, 1962.
