This is a petition by the Labor Board for enforcement of its order to cease and desist and requiring the respondent to reinstate a discharged employee, Vivian Hampton.

We are met at the threshold of our consideration of the case by respondent's attack on the jurisdiction of the Board over its hotel operations. We conclude that the admitted fact that respondent during the applicable period, purchased directly from outside the State materials...
