In this case, plaintiff Stella Endermuehle had instituted her action by petition in which she stated a claim for her personal injuries alleged to have been sustained in a motorvehicular collision at and in the intersection of Reed Avenue, a north-south street, and Hoffmeister Avenue, an east-west street, in St. Louis County.
