The appellant, in a continuation of his fight to keep his position as Deputy Director — Logistics Support of the Civil Defense Organization of Baltimore, seeks here to reverse the action of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City which rejected his principal contention that the Civil Service Commission (formerly the City Service Commission and hereinafter referred to as "the Commission") was without jurisdiction...
