In this action the plaintiff seeks to recover damages from the defendant corporations for his alleged wrongful discharge and joins the defendant Union for its alleged discrimination against him in procuring his discharge. He alleges that this Court should take jurisdiction of the action by virtue of the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, the Taft-Hartley Act and the Interstate Commerce Act.
